There are a whole list of non-conventional training aids for us:
– ball
– short stick
– long staff or steel rod
– chopsticks
– pebble bag
– rope
– belt
– chains or chained weights
– computer paper
– towel
– milk jugs
– Indian clubs
– rattan rings

Exercise
Pick something NOT obvious to you from the list above or invent your own or create an unconventional drill using traditional tools.
It is important to state the following:
1) Describe the need – what can be accomplished, i.e. purpose
2) Describe the training aid itself, how to execute it correctly and common mistakes
3) The reason why it might work better than conventional training aids but also the risks / drawbacks.
