There are lots of things that you can change through training but lots are considered as constants. Examples, how tall you are, how much you weigh at a point in time, how long your arms are, laws of physics, etc.

Exercise:
I want to challenge you to think through some of these ‘constants’ and tell me why they are more variable than most think.
