It is the last day of class June 28th and consistent with our tradition, we want to look back as well as plan forward.

So I want you to have a plan for the month of July as well as let me know what you would like to learn/accomplish for next season starting August. The training plan doesn’t have to be directly related to kung fu. As an example, recovery from injury or try to learn swimming to be water-safe or you find yourself too tight and uses swimming to relax the muscles.

(I already have some ideas for myself as well as for the class but would like to hear yours without infuencing you.)
